The Sugar Shack posts online orders Australia Wide using Australia Post & Fastway Couriers (Sendle).
Our postage prices are 500g & under $7.25 and capped at $9.90. Shipping is free for all orders over the value of $100.
All parcels are sent with an Australia Post or Fastway tracking number. This tracking number will arrive to you via email. If you have not received it please email us at thesugarshackaustralia@gmail.com or phone (02) 6584 8898 for any questions.

We aim to get your order processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been received.


Shipping fees include handling and packing fees covered under the postage costs.


Best before dates are used as a guide and most of The Sugar Shacks products are fine to be sold and consumed past this date.
Products sold after the best before date are clearanced at half price and the date is specified on the product listing.
Best before dates on imported items (UK Chips & American Snacks especially) are considerably less than other products due to the length of time before a product is received at The Shack.


If you change your mind about your purchase, the item is not wanted or is the wrong size or flavour, we will offer an exchange or a voucher for our online store. To obtain a credit voucher or replacement the item must be in the exact same condition as sold and returned back to our postal address.When returning an item, please package the item accordingly and send it back to 75 Abel Tasman Drive, Lake Cathie, NSW 2445.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of the returned product.


Due to the fact that our products are perishables and are sent with Fastway Couriers & Australia Post, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any damaged items (broken, melted etc). In saying that, we do make sure that when packages leave The Sugar Shack, they are packed with the utmost care (bubble wrapped for general protection/from the sun) and have “FRAGILE” tape/stickers on them. Thank you for your understanding.
The Sugar Shack will offer a full refund, credit or exchange (if possible) on any product that is faulty, or not as advertised.
No returns will be accepted by The Sugar Shack if you do not like a taste or flavour of a product purchased.

In the event that you have not received an item please contact us by email or phone. We will then endeavour to assist you in the best way possible, in most cases via refund or replacement.


Please be mindful when ordering Chocolate during the warmer months as The Sugar Shack will not be responsible for any spoilage, melts etc. All chocolate is bubble wrapped for added protection however sometimes this protection is not enough to avoid heat damage.
