Lemon & Paeroa, called L&P for short, is an iconic New Zealand soft ( carbonated) drink. The name L&P comes from the original ingredients - lemon flavoring in natural mineral water from a town called Paeroa (pronounced "pie-roar"), on the Hauraki Plains.
