What are your payment options?

We currently accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay, Klarna, YouPay! We are always looking for other payment options to offer you so if there is an option we don’t offer but you would like to see please send us a message and we will look into it for you.

 

How much is postage?

Shipping starts from $10.95 Australia wide for standard and 19.95 for express, we are doing our best to keep the lost cost shipping for you as much as we possibly can. 

 

How long after placing my order is it shipped?

We pick & pack orders as fast as we possible can but they can sometimes take 2-3 days to be processed – This may take a little longer following a weekend, public holiday, or a massive sale event like Black Friday but reassure we will do our very best to get all order out as fast as we can!

Shipping estimate is from the time the product is shipped, not when the order is placed.

 

When will my order arrive?

For orders sent with Australia Post, the following delivery times apply:

  • Sydney Metro: 2-3 Business days 
  • Brisbane/Melbourne Metro: 3-4 Business Days 
  • Western Australia: 5-7 Business Days 

For orders sent with Australia Post Express, the following delivery times apply:  

  • Sydney Metro: Next Business day 
  • Brisbane/Melbourne Metro: 1-2 Business Days  
  • Western Australia: 2-3 Business Days 

*Rural Areas generally take longer for delivery*

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Coffs Harbour NSW 2450

 

What happens if I receive a wrong item or am missing an item?

Please contact us as soon as you discover this and we will work with you to resolve the matter!

 

Do you Deliver? 

We deliver locally to the Coffs Harbour area for all orders over $30 most deliveries we will do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can during the week but most deliveries are done on a Saturday or Sunday. If you live locally and would  your order delivery please select the delivered option when checking out!

 

Do you have a retail shop?

No sorry we are online ONLY at the moment. We do offer a pick up option and also local delivery to the Coffs Harbour area (Post Code 2450, 2452) for orders over $30!

 

Why does one of my products have a short Best Before date?

 A lot of our products are imported so this can sometimes impact BB dates of items. Best before dates are used as a guide and most of our products are fine to be sold and consumed past this date. 'Products sold after the best before date are listed in our clearance collection date is specified on the product listing.' Best before dates on imported items (UK Chips & American Snacks especially) are considerably less than other products due to the length of time before a product is received at The Sugar Shack.
