All of our Freeze Dried products are packed in high quality zip lock packaging to maintain optimal freshness for your freeze dried treats. We recommend keeping your freeze dried lollies out of direct sunlight and sealed when not being consumed to prevent moisture from the air ruining the freeze dried crunch.

Size and weight varies slightly for each product and bag as they are sold by measure not weight.
Freeze Dried products are quite fragile and can break during transit despite our best efforts to protect the product, we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage during shipping. This does not affect the taste or experience at all and we will always do our very best to send all products with care.
Shipping & Returns
The Sugar Shack online orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days using Australia Post. We aim to pick & pack orders as fast as we possible – This may take a little longer following a weekend, public holiday, or a massive sale event like Black Friday but reassure we will do our very best to get all order out as fast as we can!

We ship Australia wide with shipping starting from $10.95 for Standard postage and from $19.95 for express.
