Sugar Shack Games Night – The Mystery Deal or No Deal Experience!
Get ready for a night full of mystery, strategy, and surprises! Our Mystery Games Night is your chance to grab a mystery box packed with yummy treats, unreleased designs, and premium goodies from both The Sugar Shack & LG Creations.
Here’s how it works:
- First to purchase = first to pick from the mystery box pile.
- You’ll face the ultimate choice: Deal or No Deal?
- Choose Deal and keep your box.
- Choose No Deal and you MUST keep the next box you choose period!
What’s inside the boxes?
- Mystery boxes with either The Sugar Shack Products, LG Creations products or a Mixed box with a combination of both Sugar Shack Products & LG Creations
- Each mystery box contains a random selection of items. No specific items are guaranteed, and contents may vary.
- Some Boxes may contain a Mystery items/gift voucher to use on the website
Availability of boxes?
- There will be a certain amount of boxes released leading up to Games night, Once these are sold out we will have a certain amount of additional boxes available to buy on the night but once designated amount are sold out no additional boxes will be offered.
Terms & Conditions
- No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. Mystery box contents cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- The total value of items in each box will meet or exceed the purchase value
- Shipping/Delivery: The customer is responsible for shipping. When checking out if you aren't local please remember to select your shipping option so there isn't any delay in getting your prize to you. The organiser is not responsible for delays or damages during transit. By purchasing a mystery box, you agree to these terms and conditions.
This experience is only available during Games Night — once it’s over, the boxes disappear. Are you ready to play?
Shipping & Returns
The Sugar Shack online orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days using Australia Post. We aim to pick & pack orders as fast as we possible – This may take a little longer following a weekend, public holiday, or a massive sale event like Black Friday but reassure we will do our very best to get all order out as fast as we can!
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping estimate is from the time the product is shipped, not when the order is placed
If there is a reason you would not like to use one of our listed couriers please contact and we will assist you.
We ship Australia wide with shipping starting from $10.95 for Standard postage and from $19.95 for express.
All our postage services include tracking. This tracking number should arrive to you via email. If you have not received it please email us at thesugarshackaustralia@yahoo.com with any questions.
The Sugar Shack is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds for shipping delays beyond our control including natural disasters, weather conditions or delivery delays from couriers. The Sugar Shack will always go above and beyond for rectifying any issues so please contact us if you need assistance with your query.
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock due to a system error. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible.
